By registering for class, you agree to the following: 

• At this time masks are not required, but welcomed.

• Mouthed instruments will be be fully sanitized between classes. 

• You accept and voluntarily assume the risk that you or your child may be exposed and become ill as a result of covid-19 or other public health risks and will not hold Noteable Kids (aka Youth Arts Colorado, LLC) liable. 

• No refunds will be issued if we are unable to hold classes due to covid or pandemic matters. 

• Please do not come to class if you or your child has been sick and are not fully recovered. Attendees must be free of fever for 24 hours prior to the start of class without the aid of fever-reducing medication.  Teachers reserve the right to send families home who they feel are not adhering to these health and safety protocols.

• In the even that in-person classes cannot be held (for example, due to but not limited to, teacher illness, state or county health order, inclement weather, etc.) classes will be held via Zoom with no refunds issued. 

• So that everyone in class can feel safe and enjoy a rich musical experience, we do not allow running, yelling, pushing or otherwise disruptive behavior inside or outside of class. The teacher reserves the right to ask a family to leave class if she/he feels these rules are not followed to the extent the classroom environment is compromised.
